Do you really buy houses “as-is”?

Yes. We buy properties in their current condition — no repairs, no updates, no cleaning. You don’t have to patch holes, replace carpet, or haul off junk. We take that on after closing.

How fast can you close?

In many cases, we can close in as little as 7–21 days, depending on title work and your timeline. If you need more time, we can usually schedule closing out farther so you can line up your next move.

Are there any fees or commissions?

No. We are not real estate agents. We don’t charge commissions, and we typically cover standard closing costs. The price we agree on is the amount you should receive at closing, minus any existing mortgages, liens, or taxes.

How do you decide what to offer?

We look at similar houses that have sold in your area, estimate repairs and holding costs, and build in a fair profit for us as investors. We keep the math simple and are happy to walk you through how we arrived at our number.
